Scope and acceptance
These terms cover the RivoCEO website, audience builder, previews, accounts, and custom contact-file orders. The business name is RivoCEO, at 4827 Westheimer Road, Suite 615, Houston, TX 77057, USA.
Use the service only if you are an adult and have authority to act for the organization making the purchase. Review the audience, order summary, delivery arrangements, and applicable policies before authorizing payment. This draft does not retroactively replace terms attached to an existing order.
What the audience tools show
Filters select records from the available dataset; they do not establish a company’s current needs, budget, consent, or interest in an offer. Job titles, locations, employee bands, and industry categories are recorded attributes, not real-time guarantees.
Audience counts are estimates. Record count, unique email count, and unique company-phone count measure different things. Multiple contacts may share an address or company telephone number, and some fields may be missing.
A preview is for inspection and contains masked contact details. It is not the purchased file. Review titles carefully: the executive audience can include directors and general-management roles as well as people recorded as CEOs.
Accounts and access
Keep account information accurate, safeguard credentials, and do not give another organization access through your account without authorization. You are responsible for use you authorize, but that does not make you responsible for every failure of the service.
Do not bypass access controls, attempt to extract protected data, interfere with other users, or misrepresent your identity. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security risks; restrictions do not erase an otherwise valid privacy request or order remedy.
Unit pricing and order confirmation
The standard unit rate is $0.10 USD per unique email address. Minimum-order requirements, the selected quantity, rounding, and any applicable charges must be visible in the order summary before payment. A displayed audience estimate is not itself an accepted order.
Custom-list purchases are one-time orders unless a separate arrangement expressly says otherwise. Use only a payment option that is available at checkout; the presence of a provider’s name or software library does not mean it has endorsed RivoCEO.
Check your filters and billing details before confirming. If checkout cannot accept the order, do not treat a preview or saved cart as a purchase confirmation.
Verification and delivery
Email verification is performed before release of a purchased file under the delivery arrangements agreed for the order. Verification concerns address validity; it does not establish permission to send marketing or guarantee inbox placement, replies, or sales.
Delivery is digital. Timing, file access, and any deadline important to your project should be confirmed before ordering. If the agreed quantity or criteria cannot be fulfilled, the unfulfilled portion must be addressed through a suitable replacement or refund as described in the delivery and refund policies.
Permitted use and restrictions
The delivered file is licensed to the purchasing organization for lawful internal business research, sales, and marketing. It is not a transfer of ownership in the website, software, or underlying database. Do not resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the file without written permission.
A service provider working on your behalf may use the file only for your authorized purpose, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. You remain responsible for deciding whether a proposed outreach activity is lawful and permitted by your communications provider.
Do not use the information for harassment, fraud, unlawful discrimination, or unlawful unsolicited communications. It is not supplied for determining eligibility for credit, insurance, housing, employment, or other consumer-reporting decisions.
Keep your own opt-out records, use accurate sender information, and respect applicable notice and unsubscribe requirements. Possessing an email address or phone number is not evidence of consent.
Quality concerns and remedies
Report suspected invalid records with the order reference and record-level evidence. The refund and replacement policy explains the review and the remedy for confirmed issues. A disappointing campaign result alone is not proof that a record is invalid.
Nothing in these terms removes an express delivery or refund commitment, a mandatory legal remedy, or a good-faith right to raise a payment dispute.
Service limits and policy changes
Business details change and website availability can be interrupted. Except for express commitments attached to an order, the service does not guarantee complete coverage or a particular commercial result. No limitation here overrides liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Updated terms apply as permitted by applicable law and the relevant agreement. They do not silently reduce the protections attached to an already accepted order. This draft does not invent a governing jurisdiction, compulsory arbitration process, or liability cap; those choices require the operator’s approval and legal review.
Read the related policies before choosing an audience or placing an order.
